1. Email the bids

   Send them to hello@threebiddesk.com. An online upload form is coming soon.

2. Attach

   Every contractor proposal in full (PDF, photo, or Excel), with exhibits and terms; the scope or RFP you sent the bidders, if you have one; any engineer or consultant spec; and any COIs or license numbers the bidders gave you.

3. Tell us

   The property type (condo, HOA, office, retail, warehouse or industrial, medical office, single-family home, or townhome) and city, the project, your budget or reserve amount, your target start date, your vendor insurance requirements (if you have them), and anything you're worried about.

4. Pay

   We send a secure payment link (card or ACH). The 48-hour clock starts once we have payment and a complete package.

Homeowners: the Homeowner Bid Check is $129 for up to 3 quotes on one project (first 20 homeowners pay $99 for a short review). Phone photos of quotes are fine.

We take no money from contractors. Your bid documents stay confidential and are never shared with other bidders.
